Designed for accepted students, NU 101 is a unique opportunity for you to meet your classmates, participate in special events, and have all your questions answered about Norwich life.Plus, attendees will be entered into a drawing to win a year of room & board! You can choose to register for one or both days — there’s something for everyone, whether you're a student or a family member!
Friday:
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Check-in Kick off the event by checking in at Kreitzberg Arena. Enjoy appetizers, light refreshments, and enter our raffle for a chance to win exclusive Norwich prizes!1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Student Mixer Get to know your classmates through events hosted by student clubs, sports teams, and academic programs. Enjoy activities like inflatable axe throwing, DJ, s'more roasting bar, and much more!
1:15 PM - 3:00 PM: Start Ready Presentation & Panel for Family Members Saturday: Family members are encouraged to attend the sessions on Saturday with their student. 8:00 - 8:45 AM: NU on Display Doors open at 8:00 a.m. You will have the opportunity to connect with coaches, financial aid representatives, ROTC instructors, clubs, organizations, and student-service departments. We'll also have coffee and a continental breakfast available inside, while outside, you can enjoy a complimentary Ben & Jerry's hot chocolate bar. 9:00 AM: Escorted to Academic Session10:00 AM: Civilian Brunch10:00 AM: Corps Lifestyle Session 11:00 AM: Civilian Lifestyle Session 11:00 AM: Corps Brunch 12:00 PM Campus ToursDownload a schedule overview here. Students must pre-register to to reserve an overnight stay, with registration closing at least one week prior to the event, or sooner if spaces fill up. Family members must find accommodations off campus*
